1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Please note that our products are made-to-order. After payment confirmation, it typically takes 5-7 business days for production. During peak seasons (e.g., year-end), processing time may extend to 7 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is complete and ready to ship.

2. Packaging & Safety

We understand the fragility and importance of your awards. Each item is carefully wrapped in foam, bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy cardboard box with ample cushioning to ensure safe transit.

3. International Shipping Options & Estimated Timelines

We partner with reliable global carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS) to deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by destination, weight, and your selected service. An estimated delivery timeline will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs & Tracking

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight/dimensions, and selected service.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s journey until delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Please note: We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs authorities. We will declare the items as “Crystal Awards/Trophies” with the appropriate value on the commercial invoice. We cannot under-declare values.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Damage in Transit: While rare, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Lost in Transit: If the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us, and we will initiate a trace with the carrier.
